1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Personalized gifts or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are received damaged or defective.
2. Return & Exchange Timeframe
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

4. Condition of Items
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once we receive and inspect the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
