1. How long does it take to deliver a gift?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Personalized gifts may take longer due to customization.
2. Can I personalize my gift?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, messages, or designs. Please double-check all details before placing your order to avoid errors.
3. What if my gift arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at personalisedbyradha@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policies.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders for standard products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started. For cancellations or changes, contact us at the earliest.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use it to track your shipment on the courier’s website.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) where available.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within India. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
